We put a lot of time into every piece, so we hope it's exactly what you expected. Because each item is made to order and produced in small batches, please read our return conditions below.

Your right to return
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. The item must be unused and in its original condition.

Made-to-order & personalised items
Please note that made-to-order or personalised items cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. This applies to products that are produced specifically for your order.

How do I request a return?
Want to return a product? There are two ways to do this. The fastest is via the button below: fill in your details, confirm, and you'll receive a confirmation by email right away.

Prefer email? Then contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• your order number
• the reason for return

Once your return request is approved, you have another 14 days to send the product back.

Shipping & refunds
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 working days. We'll keep you updated.
