We hope you love your SunkenOrangeDesign piece as much as we loved creating it.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

Returned items must be:

unused
in their original condition
carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipping

Because many of our products are made to order or produced in small batches, each return is reviewed individually to ensure it meets these conditions.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of its approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
