Production & processing time

All items are carefully produced, finished, and packed to order.
Because many of our products are made to order or produced in small batches, processing times may vary depending on the product and current demand.

Estimated production times are shown on the product page and are provided as a guideline.

Shipping & delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or circumstances beyond our control. SunkenOrangeDesign cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
