These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the SunkenOrangeDesign webshop.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Products & availability

All SunkenOrangeDesign products are carefully designed and produced in small batches or made to order.
As a result, slight variations in color, dimensions, or surface texture may occur. These variations are inherent to the 3D printing process and are considered part of the product’s character.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we strive for accuracy, colors may vary slightly depending on lighting and screen settings.

Orders

Once an order is placed and confirmed, production may begin shortly after.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of obvious errors, fraud, or incorrect pricing.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

SunkenOrangeDesign reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders.

Shipping

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on product type, demand, and carrier conditions.

SunkenOrangeDesign cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & refunds

Our return and refund policy is described separately in our Return & Refund Policy and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Liability

SunkenOrangeDesign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, texts, and content on this webshop are the intellectual property of SunkenOrangeDesign and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
