Obsidian | Dark Green | 3D Printed Design Vase

Designed and built from scratch — not a downloaded file, not a template. The Obsidian is personally my favourite design in the whole shop — and also the most difficult one to print.

The combination of matte PLA and the sharp curves in this shape is a nightmare for the printer. It took a lot of trial and error, a lot of adjustments, and honestly quite a bit of swearing before it came out right. But the result is worth it — at least, that's what I think.

Available in three sizes, either separately or as a set of three.

This design is only available through SunkenOrangeDesign. It's designed on my own PC, printed on my own printers, and if something doesn't come out right, I adjust it until it does. You're not buying a mass-produced object — you're buying something that took actual time and effort to get right.

Material & finish
Printed in matte PLA — a plant-based bioplastic. The matte finish gives the vase a calm, modern look. Each vase is printed layer by layer in the Netherlands. Subtle variations in surface make every piece slightly unique.
